Denys Mary Bray
Denys was born on 23 August 1916 at Pembroke Dock, the first daughter of Frederick Bray and Mary Elise Rogers. Her sister Rosa Fanny was born the following year. Her father died in 1919 when Denys was 3. Her mother remarried Charles Frederick Footner and they went on to have six chilren.
In 1939, Denys was living at 24 Llanion Terrace, Pembroke and working as a pay clerk. The followiny year she married Edward Trice, who at that time, was working on

Sunderland Flying Boats based at Pembroke Dock. Their only child, John Edward Trice, was born on 29 January 1941.
Her husband, Edward, died in Southampton in 1962 at the age of 42. Denys died in 1975 aged about 59.
